Shipping policy
The preparation time for your order is estimated to be 1-7 business days, while delivery typically takes 7-19 business days. Please note that shipping and production are distinct processes, each with its own timeframe. Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.
We assure full responsibility for the delivery process. In the event of any damage or loss of goods, we will promptly replace the product for you.
Shipping Information
We utilize shipping services provided by UPS, DHL, and FedEx for delivery.
Your purchase is covered by insurance during transit, ensuring the safety of your package throughout the delivery process.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors in the order details provided by the buyer. It is important to double-check all order information before submission.
Unless the issue arises from our error, shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. Additionally, if a parcel is refused, the shipping cost cannot be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be reimbursed for undeliverable packages.
Kindly be aware that delivery costs to remote states and locations such as Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, etc., may be higher, and we will notify you accordingly.
Shipping times vary: 7-19 business days for delivery to the United States, 9-19 business days for Europe (slightly longer for Italy and Spain), and 14-25 business days for delivery to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia.
Please keep in mind that international shipments may experience delays at customs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@rodoswood.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
